Working Lives Research Institute
The website is based on an exhibition “Striking Women: Voices of South Asian women workers from Grunwick and Gate Gourmet” which was held at The Women’s Library Foyer from October 2009 to March 2010. WLRI colleagues who assisted with the project include Jane Holgate and Mary Davis, working with Chris Coates and James Goddard from the TUC library Collection, plus Gail Cameron from the Women’s Library.
