The aim of the project was to assess the extent to which European Union Member States had implemented the directive on the employment of young persons (under 18) and the problems that remain in ensuring that the right legislation is in place and properly implemented.
National reports setting out the legislation and using material from government, local authorities, employers and trade unions to indicate the extent of implementation and enforcement.
