Port-based Welfare Work for Seafarers from the perspective of Port Welfare

This project was commissioned by the ITF Seafarers’ Trust and the research conducted by the Working Lives Research Institute in the UK,

The ex-Philippine Seafarers Assistance Programme personnel in the Netherlands and Belgium, and researchers from Izmir Economy University in Turkey.

It was completed in 2010 and published here in 2011.
