Project Summary

The aim of the project was to investigate the extent to which manufacturing and services were changing the way they operated in response to a much sharper focus on the customer.

Research methods

Country reports examined some specific examples of where customer orientation was having an impact with the UK report referring in particular to the growth in outsourcing.
