These two research reports were produced for the County Council as part of the evidence gathering for an EU project.
In-depth interviews with workers, employers and trade unions in two sectors - the construction sector and in the mainly high-skilled sectors of health and information technology were conducted. A review of the literature on Cambridgeshire’s local econonmy and on migration to Cambridgeshire was also conducted.
