The project was directed by a Steering Committee nominated by EEDA. A project advisory board was established with trade union, employer and voluntary organisation representation. The first phase of the research (completed mid November involved interviews with around 25 key respondents). The second phase involved face-to-face semi structured interviews with 50 migrant workers in the Region. Three fieldworkers commenced the interviews in late December 2005. This phase was completed by the end of February 2005. The final draft report was submitted to EEDA at the end of April and it is anticipated that it will be published in late July or early August 2005
