Project summary

The aim of this study has been to understand better the operation and management of employment agencies in the UK labour market, to increase CoVE’s knowledge of the operation of employment agencies, identifying variation in practice, understanding the extent and scope of the exploitation of agency workers and identifying best practice and alternative models of employment agency operation, which could challenge vulnerable employment.
