Working Lives Research Institute
The
'Culture, Language, Politics' research cluster is strongly
interdisciplinary, combining historical and contemporary analyses and
empirical and theoretical methods, with the broadest possible
definition of culture. WLRI members are particularly concerned with
issues of identities, and with the intersections of gender, class,
sexuality, age, ‘race’ and ethnicity, both in cultural representations
and in lived experiences.
