The Escuela de Relaciones Laborales (ERL) is a postgraduate centre belonging to the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. As a professional school, it aims to carry out studies and reflect on related issues attaching priority to co-operation and exchanges with society, project co-ordination, debates and reflections sustained by public institutions, unions and other bodies.
The ERL is currently undertaking a study of collective bargaining and early? retirement in conjunction with a major union, and with other institutions - this will focus on the psychosocial costs of early retirement.
