Working Lives Research Institute
The Department of Work Science, Institutionen for Arbetsvetenskap (AV) at the public University of Göteborg, focuses on research into the labour market, including diversity issues. The department, which has 25 staff, has long-established contacts with labour market organisations, firms and the public sector, which are involved as research funders and participants in the department’s reference groups and committees. The department is currently planning a research project on early retirement from the Swedish labour market.
